Refund policy

At JVāN, we stand behind the quality of our garments. Because our items are produced in limited runs, we have strict guidelines to ensure the highest quality standards for all our customers.

Damages, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We inspect every piece before it ships, but if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will replace it at no cost to you.

To claim a replacement or refund for a damaged/incorrect item:

  1. You must record an unboxing video when you receive your package.

  2. Claims must be submitted within 36 hours of the delivery date.

  3. Email your unboxing video, photos of the issue, and your order number to jvan.support@gmail.com

    Note: Claims submitted without an unboxing video or after the 7-day window cannot be accepted.

Sizing Issues & Buyer’s Remorse

To maintain our inventory and quality, all of our pieces are made-to-order. Because of this, we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you order the wrong size or simply change your mind. We highly recommend reviewing the Size Guide located on every product page before completing your purchase to ensure the perfect fit.

Eligibility for General Returns (If Approved)

If a return is approved by our support team for an exceptional reason, the item must be in the exact condition you received it:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • All original tags must be attached.

  • Original packaging must be included.

How to Send an Approved Return

If your return or exchange is approved via email, we will provide you with instructions. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will be discarded and will not be refunded.

Approved returns must be mailed to our fulfillment center:

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale Items: We do not accept returns or exchanges on items purchased during a promotional sale.

  • Gift Cards: All gift card purchases are final.

Refunds

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your approved return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the transaction.
