Shipping Policy
At JVAN, every piece of gear is printed specifically for you when you place an order. This Print-on-Demand approach allows us to ensure premium quality while reducing overproduction and waste. Because we create your item from scratch, it takes a little extra time to get it out the door.
Here is everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.
1. Processing & Production Time
Before your order ships, it has to be printed, quality-checked, and packed.

Standard Production Time: 2 to 5 business days.

During peak seasons or major drops, production may take slightly longer, but we will always keep you updated.
2. Shipping Times
Once your order leaves our printing facility, delivery times depend on your location.

Standard Delivery (Within India): 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.

Please note: Total delivery time = Production Time (2-5 days) + Shipping Time (3-7 days). You can typically expect your JVAN gear at your door within 5 to 12 business days from the moment you hit purchase.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery destination. Keep an eye out for our promotional periods where we offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount!
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is printed and handed over to our courier partners, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this link to follow your gear from our facility straight to your neighbourhood.

Tracking links can sometimes take 24 hours to update in the courier’s system after you receive the email.
5. Multiple Shipments
If you order multiple items (for example, a hoodie and a couple of tees), they might be printed at different times or packaged separately to get them to you as quickly as possible. Don't worry if your entire order doesn't arrive in a single package—you will receive tracking numbers for each shipment.
6. Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout! If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the courier cannot deliver it after multiple attempts, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
